How do I clean the inside storage bin?When the unit is empty, the inside of the unit can be cleaned by removing the lid and reaching into the unit. Apply a pet safe cleaning solution to a paper towel or rag and wipe the walls of the units to clean. Allow to air dry before refilling with food.

What serving sizes does this support? Will you offer smaller or larger serving size bowls?Houndsy currently offers bowls in the following sizes: ½ cup, ¾ cup, 1 cup, 1 ½ cups, 2 cups, 2 ½ cups, 3 cups, and 4 cups.

What kind of dog food does this support?The Kibble Dispenser has been tested with a wide variety of dry dog foods. The unit is rated to store and dispense most major dry dog food brands. If you have oversized or odd-shaped kibble, please email hello@houndsy.com with your kibble brand, and we'll confirm if it's compatible.

This storage/dispenser meets all Michigan licensing standards & requirements as it keeps pet food away from children and has a safety mechanism so young children from accessing stored food. Houndsy has made feedings quicker and eliminated bending over and retrieving/placing dish in crate. Thank-You for a sophisticated beautiful product.

We love our Houndsy! My husband was not on board and I wanted one for years, so I decided it was time for me to buy and if he didn’t love it I would return it. Well we are in love what a great product. This saves so much space and is easy to assemble. It is so easy to feed the dogs and keep their food fresh. I was really skeptical when it came because the bowl we got (4 cup) seemed to be too small for our boxer, But he loves it, and the food stays in the bowl no spill. Just buy it!

For over a decade, we’ve been keeping dog food in a plastic storage bin, which was functional but not at all attractive. The Houndsy dispenser looks classy and very modern in our house. It’s actually eye-catching; we’ve received several compliments on it. The Houndsy dispenser also makes meal time super easy; our daughter loves feeding our dog now. It is a little pricey, but it’s a fun splurge. It’s worth the money if you don’t have cabinet space for dog food. It’s a beautiful and incredibly clever device!

Absolutely love my Houndsy kibble dispenser! The craftsmanship is as good as it gets! Love the modern look to it and the simplistic workings of it! If there is one thing I would change is make an xl size to fit even more kibble! A+++
